Stopped in to grab material for my first fiberglass project on a small skiff. Kevin was the gentleman that helped me, he asked for the details of my project and walked me through the entirety of everything I should do and how to do it. He wrote everything out for me and genuinely made sure I had a thorough understanding of the process prior to leaving, which took about an hour of his time. Everyone I met was warm and welcoming from this company, these are good honest and competent people.

It is without reservation that I offer this review and testimonial regarding the Fibertex and Supply Team in Corpus Christi TX. (Please note, I seldom if ever provide a review, however, in this case it was necessary) Recently, I asked them to assist me in the renovation and repairs to a 2007 El Pescador. The list of repairs needed was quite extensive including, new gel coating, boat hatches, gps mount, jack plate, Yamaha 250 SHO, all new gauges, electronics and console repairs, new boat lights and much much more. They also assisted with trailer repairs.
The boat is not the point of this communication, what is most important is the customer service, quality of workmanship, outstanding communications throughout the process and personal attention that Kevin and his team provided. I was called weekly and provided updates on the status of the repairs, details were always provided and people on the team were referenced by name such as, Mathew, Gary, Henry, Jullian, Mike, Miguel, Wyatt, Randy or Roger in the shop or Robin, Shonica and Bruce in the office. This personal touch made it that I wanted to meet these people, shake their hand and thank them for working on my boat. Kevin, never said I have a ‘guy’ working on your boat, it was always by their first name as if I already knew them. Then, it turns out when I showed up to pick up my boat, these people knew me! Kevin had told them all about me.
He and his team provide great service, outstanding workmanship, good value, sound guidance and advice and a very welcomed and heartfelt personal customer service touch. I have to mention that I am from out of town, Austin TX and when I had an emergency and my son was in the hospital, I had a boat on the back of my truck and needed to put it somewhere. Without hesitation, Kevin let me leave it at his shop and said, ‘don’t worry about anything, we will take care of it’. I knew when he said it, he meant it and for this act of kindness I am very, very grateful.
I am so fortunate to have done business with these folks I had to say something. You will also benefit by doing business with these great people I have no doubt.

I spoke with Gary about an outboard overheating problem and he was incredibly helpful and generous with his time and expertise. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and gave me several options for resolution, even some that didn’t involve him working on it. If I ever have a need for engine repair or replacement, this is the first place I will go, without hesitation.
